DC Painters recently completed work on this stunning new build at Wavell Heights, the property features architectural designs inspired by palm springs and incorporates some curved features as well as American Oak colours and textures throughout. In this instance the colours were provided by the architect responsible for the design, if you don’t have an architect involved in your build there are other options available to you such as Dulux colour consultants. If you would rather choose your own colours there are plenty of free online resources available as well as an almost infinite amount of references on social media like Instagram or Pinterest.
Working with the Client & Builder
DC Painters worked with the builder on this project to both maximise our efficient use of labour and minimise potential defects due to works being performed out of order. This along with the expertise of our highly skilled tradesmen resulted in DC Painters being able to deliver an extremely high quality final product. The client had some minor changes during the project which we made sure to take care of along the way. Overall this job came together very well and was made easier by working alongside other skilled tradesmen.
Key Operational Requirements
This project required careful oversight from our painters to ensure an immaculate finish, due to the enormous amount of natural light filling this house any painting defects would become glaringly obvious. Our team did a great Job in particular Brad who was on this job from start to finish and completed the vast majority of the work.
