Dean has been in the painting industry for over 30 years, accumulating extensive experience working with some of the largest and most reputable companies nationwide, as well as successfully running his own business.
Throughout his career, he served as the State Manager for the Master Painters Association of Queensland and later managed the construction division of Higgins Coatings, the largest privately owned painting company in Australia.
Business Manager
Ryan has accumulated a decade of experience in the painting industry, starting from his apprenticeship under Dean to managing the business today. He is consistently seeking ways to improve business processes and propel DCP to new heights.
Operations Manager
Marc completed his apprenticeship in 2007 and operated his own business between 2009 and 2013. At the age of 28, Marc sought a change and decided to join the military, where he served for 10 years. He led and mentored soldiers in high-risk environments, both overseas and domestically, and concluded his service by instructing the new generation of soldiers. Marc is able to seamlessly utilise skills from both careers to effectively manage each job from start to finish.
